These terms summarize the commitments referenced in the Steadfast Crew cleaning request flow.
Independent contractors
Cleaning services are performed by vetted independent contractors. Steadfast Crew matches the account to independent cleaning professionals, bills the client, pays the contractor, and manages the service relationship.
Instant estimates
Prices shown by the website are instant estimates based on the facility details you enter. They are not a binding final price before signup details are submitted and service details are confirmed. Facilities outside the website's instant-pricing guardrails are routed to a custom quote.
Backup coverage
Steadfast Crew provides backup coverage on every account. If an assigned cleaner cannot make a scheduled clean, a backup crew covers the job.
First-clean satisfaction guarantee
If the first clean does not meet the agreed service expectation, notify Steadfast Crew and we will arrange a re-clean at no charge.
Cancellation
Service may be canceled with 30 days notice.
Access, supplies, and site-specific details
Access methods, supply arrangements, and any site-specific requirements are confirmed as part of service setup. Use the signup notes to identify special requirements that should be reviewed.
Contact and consent
By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree to these terms, acknowledge the independent-contractor service model and first-clean satisfaction guarantee, agree to the 30-day cancellation term, agree to the Privacy Policy, and agree to be contacted about the request.
